The technical manager will be responsible for servers, phone systems, research and testing, and providing the technical division with leadership, management, and accountability.
Tower Crew Member
The tower crew member will assist in tower deployments and repairs, often working at significant height about the ground.
The install technician is the face of Alyrica to our customers, providing installation and repair services to our customers.
Tier 2 Technical Support (Advanced Troubleshooting)
The advanced troubleshooter will be solving technical issues that our tier 1 support are unable to solve. Customer interaction via phone and E-mail is common while working with them to solve their issues.
